1. Beginning from 01.10.10 and not later than 25.04.11 an application for participation is forwarded to the organizational committee of the festival = a disc or an audio cassette (in the nomination “vocal”) with 2 recorded performances.
2. Discs and cassettes are considered phonograms
3. The participants in the nomination “vocal” must act only with the recorded instrumental play.
4. For the vocalists it is forbidden to act with the phonogram “Plus”
5. Every recording must be on a disc or audio cassette with the name of the ensemble or surname of the actor (in the printed form), the name of the production and the exact time of the record. The cassette must be set at the beginning of the record
6. For the solemn opening of the festival there is prepared a “Presentation” of the collective or soloist lasting not more than 5 minutes
7. For the defile and for the gala opening /closing of the festival the participants must have their national flag and national costumes.
8. The festival part of the program consists of performances on the scenes of Sevastopol and defile. The performance time is not more than five minutes.
9. The competition program has only one tour.
10. Performance time is 20 minutes.
11. Conditions of participation in the nomination “Fashion theatre”, “Theatre of national costume” is that the clothes collection must be made for young people. The number of showed models -- up to 12.
12. All participants of the festival must have medical insurance.

ATTENTION!

The presented clothes models must be functional, made of materials and accessories which are not dangerous for health.

Phonogram to be showed must be on a separate CD disk with the following information written:

• Fashion theatre, theatre of national costume
• Name of the couturier collection, his/her telephone
• The way to be shown is a defile

The price of technical rider is 50 euros.

The price includes:

• work of the service personnel
• hall rent
• light and sound equipment rent
• transport (hotel – demonstration hall)

If it becomes necessary to set additional musical and technical equipment for the accompaniment of collections show, it must be agreed upon beforehand.

Insurance is possible on the arrival during registration of the festival participants.
