The participants of the festival have a purpose fee which is 110 euros a person (living + 4 dinner).

The fee is transferred to the special bank account of the organizer.

All expenses regarding, travel both ways are covered by the participants’ side.

Financing of the festival is executed in a direct (money) and indirect way (providing with concert halls and scenes, publishing materials, prizes, etc).

Separate sponsor programs are prepared for the sponsors of the festival. All creative Unions, Ministries, departments, commercial and public structures have the right to establish their own bonuses and prizes, can do their bit in the organization and holding of the festival.

Documents must be received 18 days in advance before the arrival.

*Additional payment (on your own wish):

• an excursion to Yalta (the equivalent of 20 euros per person)
• entrance tickets to museums and entertainment establishments

For the participants: travel passport ( expires at least three months after the end of the travel) + the copy of the first page, 2 colour photos 3,5х4,5 cm of good quality (the face about 3 cm high), paper from the place of work, the certificate of the banc account and the certificate about currency exchange (counting 20 euros a day per person), personal data.
