One person or a collective can take part in the competition program:

• one unit program not more than 20 minutes
• one performance not more than 5 minutes

Prizes and awards:

 When summing up the performances the jury chooses the winners by the following parameters:

• 1^st place: the diploma + a valuable gift
• 2^nd  place: the diploma + a valuable gift
• 3^rd place: the diploma + a valuable gift

The jury estimation criteria:

• the repertoire
• acting techniques
• acting staging
• costumes and decorations
• the originality
• the general artistic impression

Special prize is the prize of the spectators’ sympathies.

All the participants and collectives without exception get diplomas and a present from the mayor office of Sevastopol.

“Gran Pri” is given for the originality and creative achievement of the 20 minute competition program and to the soloists for the best performance.

In the preliminary application the heads of the collectives must point the exact name of the competition program.
